What Goes In

Accepted materials

Most construction debris and general junk is good to go. A handful of materials have to stay out for safety and disposal rules — here's the quick rundown.

Toss it right in

  • Construction & demolition debris
  • Wood, lumber & pallets
  • Drywall, plaster & insulation
  • Roofing shingles
  • Household junk & furniture
  • Yard waste, brush & branches
  • Cardboard, paper & packaging
  • Concrete, brick & dirt*

Please keep these out

  • Hazardous waste & chemicals
  • Wet paint, oils & solvents
  • Tires & vehicle batteries
  • Appliances with refrigerant (Freon)
  • Asbestos or contaminated soil
  • Propane tanks & flammables
  • Electronics (varies by load)
  • Medical or biohazard waste

* Heavy materials like concrete, brick, and dirt may need a dedicated container or carry weight limits. Not sure about a specific item? Just ask when you request your quote and we'll let you know.

Good Questions

Frequently asked

Which container size should I get?

A 20 yard handles cleanouts and small remodels, a 30 yard suits renovations and new builds, and a 40 yard is built for big construction and demolition. We carry smaller sizes too. Unsure? Choose "help me choose" on the quote form and we'll recommend the right one.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

A standard rental period covers most projects. Need it a little longer? Just let us know and we'll work out an extension that fits your timeline.

How much space do you need to deliver?

A flat, accessible spot like a driveway works best. Our truck needs roughly 60 feet of clearance to drop and lift, plus open overhead room. We can lay down boards to help protect your surface on request.

Do I need a permit?

On your own property, usually not. If the container has to sit on a public street, your city may require a permit — mention the placement in your quote and we'll point you in the right direction.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes — each size includes a set tonnage allowance. Going over adds a per-ton overage fee, and we'll explain the limits up front so there are no surprises on your bill.

What can't go in the container?

Hazardous and a few heavy or regulated materials have to stay out — see the Accepted Materials list just above. When in doubt about a specific item, ask us before your drop-off.

How does pricing work?

Your quote covers delivery, the rental period, pickup, and disposal up to the weight limit. Clear, written pricing with no surprise fees.

How do I book and pay?

Send the quote form or email us directly. We'll confirm pricing, scheduling, and payment by email — everything is handled online, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Ready to clear the site?

Send us the details and we'll get a container on the way. Quotes and booking are all online — quick and easy.
